Scarlet Management Group Recognizes Their Vets

                Veteran’s Day, November 11^th of each year, is a day to honor the brave men and women who have served our country, and thank them for their bravery. In honor of this national holiday, we wanted to put the spotlight on two of our very own team members who have served in the Armed Forces.

                Brittany Luther was in the Marine Corps for two years. She was always interested in the armed forces and was in ROTC in school. Wanting to be a part of what she calls the “baddest branch” of the military, she made the decision to join the Marine Corps and was stationed at Camp Pendelton in California. As a Food Service Specialist and Administrator she learned the benefits of being part of a team and sharpened her leadership skills, which she continues to use today.

                One of the newest members of our growing team is Austin Morgan who just graduated Basic Training for the National Guard. He felt it would be a great way to gain new experiences, as well as a stepping stone to a higher education. As a Calvary Scout he learned the value of a hard day’s work and excellent leadership skills. In the short time he has been with us he has already begun to demonstrate and apply these skills, and we are excited to watch him continue to grow.

                These two proud members of our Armed Forces demonstrate their dedication and hard work every day and we are proud to have them as a part of our company. Thanks Brittany and Austin! 

Scarlet Management Group Is Finally Home!

            Scarlet Management Group is excited to announce that after weeks of hard work, we are finally settled into our brand new office space!

                Before the expansion to Columbus officially began, we took our time finding the ideal space that would best suit the office needs. We settled into a suite in 2 Easton Oval to set out to begin renovations which required plenty of time and a hard-working construction crew! For the time being, we were in the temporary space in the Regus Building just across the street so we would be available for our clients’ marketing and brand management campaign right away. It was a start, but we were anxious to be in a space that we could call our own.

                The first week of October, the time finally came to make the big move. The suite had been completely remodeled; an interior wall had been taken out to give the space a more open atmosphere-- perfect for the growth we were anticipating and the open-door policy we have. New carpets were also installed and a fresh coat of paint was applied. The team got together to do everything that was needed to finally get our new “home” together. This meant packing, lifting, unpacking and organizing as well as putting together furniture, shopping for wall décor and getting phones and internet up and running.

                As with any big project, we came across our fair share of bumps in the road, but we made it past all of the obstacles. Now after months of waiting and weeks of hard work, we can finally take a seat and take pride in the office space we now call home! We welcome you to stop by and view the office for yourself to see what we’re all about.

Scarlet Management Begins Office Night Tradition

Every great workplace comes with great traditions, and we are excited to announce that we have one in the works! We are introducing Office Night, one night a week when everyone from the office can just hang out and have a good time. The plan is for us to do something different every Thursday; the the team went to "Insanity Bowling" at Gahanna Lanes for $6 unlimited bowling and $1 slices of pizza. This past Thursday we visited KDB (which stands for Kitchen Den, and Bar) at the Easton Town Center for some great food and video games.

All in all, the goal is just to have a good time. It gives everyone something to look forward to and it helps to build the sense of being a team rather than just co-workers. After all, studies have shown that most people find that having a good relationship with both supervisors and co-workers helped create a comfortable work environment. The office that plays together succeeds together!

Expansion to Columbus

We are excited to announce the opening of our second location. Our new office will be located in Columbus, Ohio. It will be a continuation of expansion efforts for one of our Fortune 500 clients, the top telecom provider in the United States. The expansion was made to meet client demands for representation in the Columbus market.We are excited to see what our OH team can accomplish and are proud to congratulate Rob on another location.
